Peter S. Myers has been named one of the nation's top 100 wealth planning attorneys by Worth Magazine. Kevin Urbatsch has developed a specialty in the unique planning needs for minors and for individuals with disabilities. He has a particular expertise in assisting personal injury attorneys in assisting their plaintiff clients to properly plan after obtaining a settlement or judgment. Sean R. Kenney's practice complements both shareholders' expertise because of his continued success in obtaining positive results in federal and state tax controversies, in addition to knowing what pitfalls to avoid when making critical planning decisions involving sophisticated tax issues.

Our unique ability is in the area “major life events” and “crisis” representation, such as a major liquidity event in a business (for the owner or senior executive), an estate or tax planning problem or opportunity, a pressing asset protection need, or a sudden or unexpected incapacity or death in the family. We work exclusively for individuals, families and businesses who deserve a “white glove” approach.
